The MBA students are back at Weincampus Neustadt for their fifth week of on-campus presence!
Markus Del Monego, Master of Wine and Sommelier, teaches them the first three days in "Wine Expertise". The students started yesterday with a theory unit on food and taste, before getting the practical experience in the „moro“ restaurant in Gimmeldingen. The combination of food and wine was in the center of the exercise. The three-course menu was accompanied by fantastic wines, all chosen by the Sommelier. More impressions can be found here!
Today, the students will continue with several (blind) tastings and try wines from all over the world.
From Tuesday to Saturday the course content will be much more theoretical and less alcoholic. Dr. Joseph Nason from the UK teaches the students in „Research Methodologies for Managers“ in order to prepare them for their upcoming master theses.
